Solicitor - Charities

My client is a regional firm with a strong presence in the South West and has an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor to join their Corporate team in Bristol handing Charity work.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work directly with the regions leading Charities lawyer and some of the South West's the UK's largest Charities.

The ideal candidate will be 1-4 years PQE or equivalent in the case of a qualified Legal Executive. Relevant Corporate experience is desirable. The position would suit a candidate with some experience and knowledge of charities, the third sector and social enterprises.

The right candidate will be a confident communicator and able to work flexibly to suit client needs. In return the role will be challenging and interesting and will involve the following;

- Advising charities and other social enterprises on the full spectrum of law, especially set up, governance, amendments, mergers and trading issues.
