This outstanding Tier 1 Legal 500 Innovator is a leader in the IP market, and require a tenacious Paralegal to support their team of Patent & Trade Mark attorneys. You'll work closely with your allocated Attorney, dealing with a mix of secretarial, administrative and paralegal duties.
You'll be expected to possess stellar diary management skills, and will be able to deal with incoming correspondence seamlessly. Cross-departmental and external liaising will be necessary, and so you'll be an effective communicator. Beyond this, day-to-day duties will include document preparation for filing UK, EPO and PCT forms, as well as updating art files. You'll be an autonomous professional who can prioritise effectively.
The ideal candidate shall hold previous experience in an IP capacity, however those who have worked in a legal secretarial capacity within an IP firm will also be of interest. Should you not hold IP experience, you shall still possess the necessary competencies including reliability, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
