A multi office practice requires the assistance of a Residential Property locum Lawyer to join them in their Oxfordshire based office. The role is due to start in May and is likely to last for three months in duration. The vacancy has arisen due to a gap in the department.
Candidates should be able to handle a full residential property caseload without supervision.
The caseload will involve:
- Residential property acquisitions and disposals
- Freehold and leasehold properties
- Mortgages and re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New builds
- Shared Ownership
- Lease renewals and extensions
Previous experience as a locum solicitor is ideal but not essential.
