Senior Private Client Solictor
Established for over 150 years this 2 branch law firm in Oxfordshire is looking to expand its Oxford premises. As part of the firms succession planning they are seeking a Solicitor that specialises in all aspects of Private Client to head up their Wills & Probate department.
The firm have a formidable reputation and an extensive network of professional contacts in the local area. You will be responsible for handling a broad diet of work to include: Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trust Administration and Inheritance Planning.
The role will also require that you over see a team of 2 other fee earners as well as managing your Private Client caseload. This is an award winning firm that is really going places so this would suit someone who is aspirational and personable and you will be highly skilled at business development and marketing.
