The Role: Locum Residential Conveyancer

Contract Type: 3 month Locum assignment
Salary: DOE

Our client, a Legal 500 leading firm based in London, is looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their highly trained legal team on a full time locum basis, due an increase is workloads. The role would suit an experienced conveyancer who is technically competent and is immediately available.

This opportunity will allow the Locum Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload of matters which will include:

• Sales and purchases
• Leases
• Freehold and Leasehold matters

Applications for this Locum Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers or legal executives who have at least 5 years' experience dealing with a wide range of domestic property matters. Ideally the successful applicant will have gained experience working with case management systems.
