About the role

My client’s Real Estate team is looking for a soon-to-be newly qualified (NQ) solicitor, or one with up to five years’ PQE, to join its expanding department.

You will have an exciting and varied caseload of real-estate cases for both public and private clients, including local authorities, healthcare, and education providers.

Additionally, you’ll be experienced in handling landlord and tenant cases, estate-management work, and acquisitions and disposals. You will also be familiar in advising and drafting in some of the following areas: heads of terms, development agreements, associated construction, planning, site-disposal matters, funding, freehold transfer, and associated due-diligence procedures.
