The firm are looking to hire 2 Conflicts & AML Analysts to join their centralised team based in Birmingham. This is an integral function of the firm, carrying out the necessary checks and analysis required prior to taking on new clients/matters. These checks will include conflict/confidentiality searches, providing detailed feedback to fee earners in compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct; and performing client due diligence to ensure the firm complies with its obligations under existing anti-money laundering and terrorist financing legislation.
In order to be considered you will be educated to degree level, with a strong preference for those with a degree in law, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Having completed the LPC or BVC would also be highly beneficial.
