Real Estate Finance Associate

I am recruiting for a magic circle firm who are at the forefront of the real estate finance market. 

They have advised on many of the seminal deals in the city over recent years, and have a healthy spread of lender, funds, investors and developers as clients in the UK and internationally. 

It is important that you have some complex experience financing large scale developments through a variety of lending products, and they need to see both depth and variety in your CV.    

You will have a strong academic track record, and be comfortable working on your own initiative with supervision and support when needed.  

They pride themselves on their ability to develop junior and mid-level lawyers, and you will have a highly bespoke development plan put in place for you soon after joining.   

Salary is very competitive, and traditionally the bonus payments in the team are attractive.
