Commercial Property Fee Earner

A Commercial Property Fee Earner, specialising in Development work, is required to join a hugely successful team in Newcastle city centre. Our client has worked hard to develop an outstanding presence in the Commercial Property market and are looking for someone to come in and help develop this further. You will pick up an existing caseload as well as be encouraged to contribute to the further growth of the department.

The Role:

• Our client has developed a strong presence in the Commercial Property market and as such you will pick up an existing caseload.
• Particular focus will be placed ancillary non-contentious construction and development work, as well as more general Commercial Property work.
• This is a full-time opportunity however there may be some flexible working should someone particularly wish to work part-time hours.
• You will be expected to travel between our clients offices on occasions, however, this is not very often.
• It would be ideal if you could take on some business development and contribute to the growth of the department.

The Candidate:

• For this role, it is essential that you have a depth of experience in Commercial Property work and it is crucial that you are very technically skilled in commercial property development work.
• Picking up an existing caseload, good organisational skills are key as well as the ability to run your own desk.
• Part time hours are on offer if necessary.
