Property Lawyer sought in Middlesex to manage a mixed caseload with a residential bias!

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Property Lawyer to join specialist teams on a permanent basis. Managing a mixed caseload with a bias towards residential property transactions, the successful Lawyer will handle freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to post completion with minimal supervision. Areas will include: right to buy; auctions; remortgages; lease drafting; planning; help to buy and; shared ownership. The ideal Lawyer will also immerse themselves within business development, building and strengthening client relationships and promoting the services of the department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE;
You will be technically proficient with solid experience in Residential Conveyancing;
You will have outstanding communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will have knowledge of commercial property matters;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be IT Literate;
You will have a desire to participate in professional development.
