Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive

Excellent opportunity to join this Taunton based insurance firm and advise on a full case load from day one. 

This established firm advise on all claimant insurance matters including clinical negligence, RTA, employers & public liability and occupiers liability. 

They are experiencing growth and now looking for a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join them. 

You must have recent MOJ portal and fast track experience. 

You will inherit a mixed litigated caseload of claimant EL & PL matters. Initially this caseload will be mainly fast track, but more complex multi track matters will be introduced over time as well as possibly some RTA claims. 

Qualified solicitors and legal executives with fast track and MOJ experience are encouraged to apply. 

Excellent salary up to £35k + private pension scheme, 25 days holiday increasing to 30 over time.
