Job title: Commercial Property Paralegal

Salary: Up to £32k depending on experience 

Highly respected property law firm are experiencing an increase in the volume of commercial property work undertaken and as such are looking to recruit a commercial property paralegal to provide direct support to a couple of property Partners (there may be some residential work involved too but the majority of the work will be commercial real estate). You will be expected to liaise with clients, help with due diligence, arrange and attend meetings, conduct legal research, assist with post exchange/post completion formalities (Land Registry applications, SDLT Returns etc.) and prepare and assist with drafting documents.

This is a very involved role and as the only paralegal in the team, this is a rare opportunity to gain quality training and experience. The LPC isn’t necessary but it is essential that you have at least one years’ experience as a commercial property paralegal and a thorough knowledge of commercial real estate. You must be proactive, have good communication skills and be able to work capably on your own as well as in a team.
