In-House Finance Lawyer

Excellent opportunity has arisen for a finance and/or banking lawyer with 2-6 years PQE to join the established legal team of midlands based FTSE 100 engineering business. 

Reporting into the senior finance lawyer, you will work closely with colleagues in the business and support the treasury and finance and sales finance departments with a variety of internationally focused financing arrangements. Specifically you will:

- Draft, review and negotiate treasury contracts, including funding programme documentation, corporate debt facilities, trade finance arrangements and derivatives contracts;
- Draft, review and negotiate sales finance arrangements, including termsheets, funding arrangements and guarantees; and
- Draft, review and negotiate engine leases and engine sale and purchase agreements;
This is an extremely diverse and interesting role that will provide you with the opportunity to join a supportive and established team whilst having a good degree of autonomy. As such this position would be suited to a banking and/or finance lawyer with 2-6 years experience gained in a leading private practice law firm or in-house.
