The Company:
Pure Search are working with a leading bank seeking a Commercial Lawyer for its legal team.
The role:
Responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements including software/procurement/IT/outsourcing contracts
- Review and analyse agreements with major suppliers
- Other legal work such as Data protection and Intellectual property
- Develop relationships with a range of different stakeholders
About You:
You will be a qualified lawyer (Circa 1-4 years PQE) with a background in general commercial legal work ideally within a financial services environment. Furthermore, candidates are expected to be excellent communicators, comfortable at operating in a diverse environment.
