Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We have been approached by an excellent, highly ranked South Manchester firm where there is now an opportunity in the commercial litigation team for a suitably capable and ambitious solicitor.

The Head of Department is looking to add another solicitor to the team due to work volumes, and the position is likely to suit someone with up to 4 years PQE with some flexibility to secure the right candidate. This is a varied and interesting litigation opportunity with areas of work to include contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, property litigation, contentious probate, intellectual property disputes and other general commercial litigation matters. Alongside handling your own work, you will also get the opportunity to support partners and senior lawyers on more complex files.

The successful commercial litigation solicitor will be technically strong, confident when directly dealing with clients along with the drive to be successful with business development as part of the wider firm.
