Our client, a highly regarded firm based in Birmingham City Centre, are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join them on a temporary basis. This assignment has the potential to become a very long term role, or even become permanent for the right candidate.
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will be assisting the Real Estate Team in a global law firm on a high profile litigation case. The role will include a supervisory aspect as you will be overseeing Paralegals and junior Fee Earners.
You will have experience in drafting or renewing leases and licences, as well as the capability to prepare trial bundles and brief Counsel and Senior Lawyers.
The Real Estate Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor with ideally a minimum of 2 years experience gained in Real Estate matters. This does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying for this role.
Our client is offering a generous hourly rate of £20-£23 per hour. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain high level litigation experience.
The successful candidate will be available for interview immediately and will ideally be available to start new assignments with no or very little notice.
