CORPORATE LAWYER (INCLUDING PARTNER LEVEL) - HERTFORDSHIRE – PERMANENT POSITION
Our client, a long established expanding law firm in Hertfordshire with an existing corporate commercial law practice in Hertfordshire and within reach of London is looking to recruit a further company/ corporate lawyer to join their corporate commercial law team.
Candidates will need to have experience in corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and other mainstream corporate and company law work as well as ideally some experience of commercial law matters.
The role will also include taking an active involvement in business development and assisting in building the firm’s corporate commercial legal practice further.
The role offers good opportunity for career progression.
