COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER – CAMBRIDGE – PERMANENT POSITION
A regional law firm’s commercial property law team in Cambridge is looking to recruit a commercial property lawyer for their real estate / commercial property practice in Cambridge to work on a range of commercial property legal matters.
The role will also involve taking an active part in marketing and business development.
This firm has experience of dealing with a wide variety of commercial property / real estate matters, including:-
- Commercial Property acquisitions and disposals
- Property Joint ventures
- Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters
- Property Development
- Real estate finance work
