An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a business as a commercial lawyer. You will do interesting and exciting work in an extremely business facing role, where you will genuinely feel part of the business.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have had exposure to digital, IP or IT work although this is not essential. It is essential that you have strong experience in commercial contracts work, a can do attitude and the ability to to be adaptable to different areas of the business. You will have the opportunity to work with all areas of the business which includes marketing, sales and procurement.
Profile
We are looking for a commercial lawyer, ideally with between 3 - 5 years PQE (of course candidates with more or less PQE will be considered). This role will suit a lawyer already in house, or someone looking to make their first in house move.
The main focus of the position is to protect the Company by the giving of general commercial advice. However, as with any busy in house role you will also get exposure to dispute resolution, training the wider business, negotiation, drafting contracts, and general compliance matters.
