A well established Private Practice based in the West Midlands are looking to strengthen their Litigation offering by adding a Civil Litigator to the team to handle a mixed caseload of various litigation matters.

Our client is a well established busy Private Practice based in the West Midlands.
Description
The successful Civil Litigator will be responsible for a broad range of Civil Litigation matters ranging from contract disputes to contentious probate. You will be responsible for these matters from instruction through until settlement and will have appropriate supervision throughout the process.
Travel will be required where necessary for the purpose of attending conferences with counsel as well as trials.
Profile
The ideal Civil Litigator will have a solid track record in Private Practice of at least 2 years of handling various litigation matters and have a strong working knowledge of the CPR.
Ideally you will have a Cilex qualification but Senior Paralegals are also encouraged to apply.
You will be expected to have excellent organisation and communication skills as well as being able to demonstrate high levels of customer care.
