Are you a commercial property/real estate solicitor who could be the key hire required for a growing property team (currently 6 solicitors)? Would you be able to match the drive and ambition of a newly hired partner who is keen for this to be a region leading team?
You will be a commercial property solicitor with around 2 to 5 years PQE who has gained experience at a leading City or regional firm. You should be technically strong in relation to all aspects of sales, purchases, refinancing, portfolio management and secured lending. The client base will include a number of local SMEs along with national corporate clients and leading banks. The ideal candidate will have experience and a strong interest in business development and marketing as you will be expected to help the newly appointed head of group expand the firms services.
