An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving Commercial Property team in Bristol.

My client is an award-winning, national law firm with a strong reputation amongst the 'Regional Heavyweights'. They are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their development team in their friendly and busy Bristol Office.

The role will include advising a range of social housing clients, providing commercial and practical holistic solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to tackle complex and challenging work and with a department that is expanding, the career progression opportunities are incredible.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least 1 years experience PQE in a regional or city law firm. You will be able to demonstrate an interest in social housing matters as well as experience in a range of commercial property matters.
