Senior Commercial Litigation (Restructuring & Insolvency) Associate

A Senior Commercial Litigation (Restructuring & Insolvency) Associate is required for a rewarding opportunity with a multinational law firm. The role will be based in Hong Kong and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

You will be part of a team who devise and implement cross border Restructuring & Insolvency plans. A broad role, you will be advising on all elements of Restructuring & Insolvency including also Tax, Employment and Corporate law. Typically you will be working with creditors, corporate debtors and investors on large and often complex international Restructurings & Insolvencies. You will administer turnarounds and settlements, raise capital, and dispose of or acquire assets.

To be initially considered for this heavy weight role we need to see demonstrated on your CV current or recent experience of working in Hong Kong, and Chinese language skills are an absolute must as well.
