This independent wealth manager is looking for a financial services regulatory lawyer.
In this role you will advise on a wide range of retail regulatory matters as well as be responsible for drafting and advising on client agreements and intermediary terms of business. You will be part of a small and friendly legal team and be the dedicated regulatory lawyer for the business working hand in hand with internal and external key stakeholders.
You must have trained and qualified at a top City firm, have ideally gained solid experience in-house of FCA client money rule requirements (CASS and COBS etc), unfair contract terms regulations, data protection requirements - experience advising platforms and wrap providers on regulatory issues ideal. Regulatory lawyers without retail experience or general commercial lawyers with solid FS regulatory knowledge will also be considered.
The role would suit a smart, analytical and commercially minded regulatory lawyer or PSL, looking to build a career in the wealth management space with a highly successful, vibrant and personable business.
