Case Handler – Bristol
We are currently recruiting for a Case Handler to join a Lender Sales team based in Bristol. Lender Sales deals with the sales of properties that have been taken into possession – Banking clients. This role is traditional conveyancing with a twist due to the nature of the work undertaken.

Main Responsibilities
- As a Case Handler you will be expected to deliver the following:
- Check new instructions opened correctly.
- Costs – return figures to clients promptly.
- Day to day post, phone calls and e-mails.
- Ensure all client reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Providing a very high level of service to clients that is commensurate with the increased level of risk/complexity of the case.
- Suggesting to Team Supervisors improvement to the system and identifying problems.
The Ideal Candidate will have the ability to demonstrate experience as a Lender Sales Case Handler, however, applications will be considered from candidates who can demonstrate an understanding of the conveyancing process. You will be able to run own case load and have the ability to deal with complex cases.
