Commercial Solicitor - Global Banking Team

My client is seeking a commercially minded Solicitor to join their growing North West Banking team.

My client is a flourishing law firm with a strong presence in the North West. They are unique in their approach and structure and are undergoing an excellent rate of year on year growth. They offer exceptional career opportunities and work with an enviable client base.

They are now recruiting a commercially astute Solicitor for their Banking team and offer flexibility on which office the successful candidate will be based in; either their Wirral or South Manchester location. The role will involve working predominantly with one large global finance client on a transactional basis and thus offers an 'in-house' experience whilst still being part of the firm.

You will work on a wide range of commercial global procurement contracts, non-disclosure agreements and will perform in depth legal and compliance due diligence analysis. The role will involve working closely with the client's General Counsel with the potential down the line of undertaking a more formal Secondment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Commercial Contracts and experience of working for clients who operate in the Finance sector.
