Commercial and Residential Property Fee Earner - Salisbury

Our client is looking for a Commercial and Residential Property Fee Earner to join a specialist team within an already established Property department. This role can offer you a genuine mixed caseload of property matters ranging from dealing with private investors to commercial leases.

As the ideal candidate you will have a minimum of 3 years¿ PQE in Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, be able to manage a caseload unsupervised (training will be provided on property investors should it be required), be able to effectively communicate with both colleagues and clients and have a genuine desire to assist in the growth of the Property department.
