This s a new instruction from a Legal 100 firm based in Guildford for an immigration solicitor to join its tier 1 ranked team.
You will be at least 2 ypqe, with good knowledge and experience of the Points Based System. The client base range from; employers, corporate clients and private individuals advising on sponsorship, tier 2 applications, assisting EEA nationals and family members, advising on nationality law, and naturalisation and registration applications.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a small collegiate team in a strong full service law firm.
