Due to a combination of sickness, holidays and a very busy caseload this well respected firm is looking for a Locum to assist it's Property team.The nature of the work will be Residential Property work and you would be expected to be able to handle all elements of a Conveyancing caseload, from start to finish, including sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, remortgages, etc. You will be required to work unsupervised and therefore need to be experienced in this area to work on your own without assistance.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor of Legal Executive, although those qualified by experience will also be considered.
The cover is required to start ASAP for an estimated period of 6 - 8 weeks.
You may be required to work from different offices (all within a similar area) depending on their requirements each week so having your own transport would be an advantage.
