Commercial Paralegal

My Black Country client is currently seeking to recruit an able commercial paralegal, and accordingly I am looking to speak with junior fee earners who are interested in an opportunity to work closely with well regarded commercial lawyers on a range of commercial matters.
 
The firm is a multi site, and well respected full service West Midlands practice with a good reputation across its range of legal services. The firm's commercial team acts on behalf of a variety of clients, from local Black Country businesses through to national and some international PLCs. As this is a relatively junior role, the expectation will be that you may not have covered all areas of commercial work, however an overview in matters such as share buy backs, T&Cs, IP licenses, IT service agreements, EMI share options and some related employment law would be an excellent starting point.
 
The role would be ideal for an aspiring commercial paralegal who wants to develop their experience within a close knit team, and deal with a variety of work which will change on a daily basis.
