Real Estate Finance Associate, 2-4 PQE
Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire an associate to join their Real Estate Finance team in London.
The role will involve advising lenders, borrowers and investors on the full range of real estate financing products. In particular, you will be advising US and European investment banks, funds, corporates and real estate investors on bi-lateral loans, mezzanine loans, development finance and a variety of capital markets products, as well as many others.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic history and experience in the real estate finance department of a comparable firm. They will be organised and commercial in their approach, with exceptional drafting skills. Candidates with a more general banking experience and a demonstrable interest in real estate finance may be considered.
