The Role
We are now tasked with sourcing a dynamic Property Solicitor for a busy and experienced team based in Winchester. Working closely with one of the practice's Partners, the successful Solicitor will manage a complex caseload of predominantly commercial property and development matters with some additional residential work and plot sales. Areas may include: acquisitions and disposals; landlord and tenant matters; secured lending; lease negotiations and drafting; residential sales and purchases; investment portfolio work and; developments for commercial and residential use. Where required, additional training on development work will be provided. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with 4-6 years’ PQE;
You will be technically brilliant with solid experience in commercial property;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will have knowledge of residential and investment portfolio matters;
You will be IT Literate;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will have a desire for professional development.
