A top tier international firm seeks a Banking Professional Support Lawyer for its Newcastle office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an established Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) or a Banking Solicitor looking to take a step away from fee earning and into a knowledge focused role. You will join the global banking team, but work closely with other Professional Support Lawyers throughout the firm, and will take responsibility for all areas of knowledge. You will keep abreast of legal and market developments, develop and maintain bank of precedents, draft know-how, deliver training both to internal and external clients, and deliver projects across the banking group.
This is a broad and varied role. To be considered, candidates will have at least 5 years’ + general corporate banking, acquisition finance and or/real estate finance experience, as well as a genuine interest in black letter law.
