We have a really exciting and unique opportunity for a Head of Residential Conveyancing to manage and grow both the Residential and Commercial Property offerings for a legal practice in Rugby, Warwickshire.
The firm is well-established, looking to expand and has an excellent reputation within the local market.
The successful candidate will play an integral role heading the department and will be responsible for:
- The dynamic and profitable growth of the current Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property team;
- The management and development of a team of successful property solicitors;
- Managing an interesting caseload of property matters;
- Continuously developing the firm's already excellent presence within the local market.
Demonstrating an excellent technical knowledge is also essential as this will be beneficial when assisting with the enhancement of the firm's case management system.
