In-House Lawyer - Top tier firm

An extremely rare opportunity has arisen to join a top tier City law firm. Sitting within the in-house Risk & Compliance function of the firm, you will be working with a small team of ex-fee earners who are responsible for devising and maintaining firm-wide policies and advising senior management and the firm's Partners on potential liabilities and general key related risk issues.

In addition to the above, you will also be offered the opportunity to work with the widely-respected General Counsel on various Compliance projects and other aspects of the GC function, considering the ever-increasing number of legal issues which affect the firm.

This is an opportunity to work in-house, for one of London's preeminent practices - the same quality of work, but without the billable hours targets of a fee earner. As an integral function, this role also offers an insight into the way a global firm is run and provides a high level of exposure to senior stakeholders globally. In return, you will receive a generous remuneration package. Flexible working would also be considered.

The successful candidate will be circa 4 - 7PQE, with an excellent academic background, and training obtained at a top tier law firm. Your post-qualification experience is likely to have been gained in one or more of litigation, corporate M&A and dispute resolution.
