My client are a large Law firm seeking an employer and public liability fee earner.
My client are a Legal 500 firm with offices nationwide. They operate in a range of different legal practice areas, however are renowned for being at the forefront of the personal injury sector. The role of EL/PL Technical fee earner will involve handling a case load of complex public and employer's liability claimant cases. The case load will be predominantly litigated and of high value.
The ideal candidate for the role of EL/PL Technical Fee Earner will have a strong background in public and employer liability, and have experience as a fee earner managing their own caseload. Litigation experience is a necessity for this role, and ideally you will have worked with highly complex, technical, cases.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fee earner with experience with liability cases to expand and develop their existing experience with litigated EL/PL files. A fantastic chance to join a nationwide firm offering excellent career progression as they continue to grow to meet demand.
