An outstanding opportunity has presented itself for a Legal Secretary to join an award-winning law firm at their Nottingham office. This role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

My Client is a well-established, regional powerhouse law firm with a fantastic reputation in the East Midlands/Lincolnshire region, committed to delivering first-class legal advice. A position has become available for a Legal Secretary to come on board to support a team of Solicitors in the Nottingham office. You will be tasked with preparing correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing; time recording and management, operate case management system, managing and arranging meetings, file management and other legal secretarial duties.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role (preferably gained within a legal environment); audio/copy typing skills (digital dictation is an advantage), attention to detail, willingness to learn and progress on your current skills, and have document skills including tracked changes/versioning/formatting.
