The role will cover a number of commercial areas including corporate, company and mergers and acquisitions.
THE PERSON
* 3PQE+ qualified either at a strong London or boutique London firm.
* Experience in AIM and Main Market deals
* Outgoing and commercial approach
* Strong academic ability
* Excellent client skills
