Locum Prosecutions Solicitor

An excellent opportunity for a Locum Prosecutions Solicitor has arisen with a Local Authority legal team based in Staffordshire.

This role is offered for a term of 7 months and is a full time position.

The successful applicant will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive that holds a current practising certificate. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Regulations and Prosecutions for a Local Authority.

The daily responsibilities are as follows:

• Handling a caseload of general prosecution litigation matters for the Local Authority to include regulatory enforcements
• Drafting all appropriate legal documentation, liaising with clients, external lawyers and other professionals

The hourly rate on offer will be £30-£35 however this will be dependent on experience.
