The successful Legal Counsel will go into the transactions legal team, and deal with a wide array of legal work and advise in line with Business objectives.
Client Details
Global Asset Management Company with circa $60 Billion Assets Under Management.
Description
The successful Legal Counsel will:
-provide support to portfolio managers and analysts from a legal standpoint.
-review and negotiate documents for private debt teams.
-provide negotiation of contracts in relation to potential investments.
-keep abreast of regulatory developments and help ensure compliance within standard regulatory requirements.
-draft and review confidentiality agreements, release letters, engagement letters etc.
-restructuring of investments
Profile
-English law Qualified solicitor
-Training and work experience from a leading law firm
-Banking and Finance experience.
-Restructuring and Debt Capital Markets experience highly beneficial
-Leverage Finance Transactions Experience highly beneficial
