A highly regarded practice in Bedfordshire requires the assistance of a Property locum Lawyer to cover numerous periods of holiday leave over the coming months.  

Candidates must be able to handle a full range of residential property and light commercial property matters without supervision. This will include:

• Residential property acquisitions and disposals
• Freehold and leasehold properties
• Mortgages and re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Right to buy transactions
• New builds
• Shared Ownership
• Lease renewals and extensions
• Title Searches
• Post completion matters
• Commercial property leases
• Low value Commercial property acquisitions and disposals

The successful candidate will be expected to work without supervision.
