With at least 2PQE, you will be a specialist corporate solicitor currently working at a top tier firm. This US powerhouse, has an impressive international presence and is looking for a corporate solicitor to work on cross-border transactions in emerging markets.

In addition to this, you can expect to work on European and emerging markets private equity and energy related deals as well as general M&A, private equity.

To qualify for this role, you must have an excellent academic background with strong corporate law experience. You will have cross-border transaction experience and it would be ideal if you can speak Spanish.
