A well regarded top 100 law firm are looking to recruit a Litigated Credit Hire Team Leader to join their office in Bolton.
This role will suit a candidate with previous team leading experience in mentoring and coaching credit hire individuals to improve on their credit hire knowledge. The Credit Hire Department is very target driven and the ability to work well under pressure is essential.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Credit Hire Team Leader to join one of the best defendant personal injury law firms in the North West.
This role is based in an accessible location, close to all transport links.

As a Team Leader of the Credit Hire team, you will manage a team of up to 8 individuals and your responsibilities will be mentoring and coaching these individuals to improve their technical credit hire knowledge. You will also engage credit hire staff to perform to the desired standards.

In order to be considered for the role you will have excellent communication skills and previous experience in a credit hire team leading role. You will have the proven ability to mentor and support team members in addition to previous litigation experience in either RTA or Credit Hire.
