NQ Corporate Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate NQ to join a growing, award-winning, Corporate team. You would be joining a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and well regarded team that typically deals in good quality and generally high value corporate transactions and company re-organisations. The practice areas include all aspects of company law and corporate governance, merger and acquisition, private equity, banking, joint venture, LLP, and partnership.

You will be involved in a broad range of matters and be required to work well with the team, delivering all-round outstanding service to the firm's highly respected and valuable client base. The chosen NW Corporate Solicitor will possess good interpersonal and communication skills, can work under pressure, managing own caseload with supervision as well as working as part of a team. Furthermore, you'll have Excellent academics.

Applicants up to 2 Years' PQE will also be considered.

You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be expected to run your own caseload but also be an interactive team member.
