Legal Secretary sought for a Boutique Law Firm based in their Central London office

The Client

We are working with a boutique firm, who are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Central London office.

The Role

The role duties will entail:

  • Diary management (including arranging meetings, travel and calls)
  • Effectively liaising with internal and external attendees
  • Building relationships with clients and internal contacts
  • Regular client interaction
  • Assisting with meeting preparation on behalf of fee earners, including document drafting
  • Managing incoming emails and phone calls
  • Produce and maintain excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Arrange social events
  • Preparation of client bills

The Requirements

  • Good IT Skills
  • Previous legal secretarial or legal assistant experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
