About the Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor role
The successful Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor role will be involved in a wide ranging case load including contentious and non-contentious work. Workflows will range from restructuring related matters for a range of clients across a number of industries and sectors as well as insolvency matters on the contentious and non-contentious side.
The successful Solicitor will:
- Assist on complex deals with appropriate supervision and building up your own caseload of matters.
- Assist on a variety of insolvency work including personal insolvency work.
- Liaise with clients in a professional manner and have exposure to good clients and good quality work.
- Work in a supportive environment.
About you
This is a great opportunity for a Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor who has gained experience in insolvency matters to join a team of legal specialists in Birmingham or Worcestershire.
A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a demanding environment along with the desire to exceed client expectations would be ideal.
You will also have the ability to work as part of a busy team having a continuous desire to augment client relationships. It is important for you to have the ability to manage files in an efficient manner along with an understanding of office financial procedures.
