Unique opportunity for a Conveyancer to join a very reputable law firm, ranked in the Legal500. Commutable within the Derbyshire and East Midlands regions, this role is ideally suited for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, who can demonstrate a good working knowledge of conveyancing processes across a wide range of residential property specialisms.

The department carries out a spectrum of conveyancing work, and you will be undertaking your own broad ranging residential property caseload, with a particular focus on sale and purchase of freehold, leasehold and unregistered title, and also re-mortgaging files.

In this busy department it is essential that you are a good team player and committed to providing a high quality service to clients. Responsibilities will include taking on your own caseload, working closely with the senior members of the team and also supervising junior level conveyancers.
