PPI Lawyer

This is a key role, in which you will be offering top quality legal and regulatory advice relating to the sale of PPI. With the FCAs' new rules and guidance for PPI complaints handling, you will analyse the new rules and provide advice on how best to implement within the new 2 year deadline. You will work closely with a wide range of senior stakeholders within the business , offering advisory support to various governance committees.

With at least 5PQE, you will ideally have demonstrable experience in working on PPI issues/claims. We are also happy to consider lawyers who have an excellent working knowledge of the FCA handbook, and who have experience of advising on complex customer complaints. You will have excellent technical experience and be both robust and confident working with senior management .

Although the role is offered for an initial term of 6 months, there is scope for this to run for up to 2 years, in accordance with the FCA deadlines for 2019. You will work closely with the GC, and be exposed to a really interesting and challenging spread of work have
