They are ideally looking for another ambitious lawyer to join the team and you will ideally have at least a good first year of strong, relevant Corporate Commercial experience under your belt, gained from a well-respected Corporate Commercial practice. In return, there is the opportunity to be based in Bath with all of the work/life balance considerations that apply, but without any sense of compromise in terms of the quality and scope of the work. If anything, the work is more varied and interesting and you will certainly be given the opportunity to get hands-on, developing your experience and confidence, which isn't always the case at the larger Bristol firms.
