A well-known global asset manager with almost 25 years’ experience in the market is seeking a Derivatives Counsel to join its team on maternity cover contract (for 9 months possibly longer).
This is a good chance to get exposure in a niche investment management area, making you more specialized and more valuable for the rest of your career.
You will be supporting their trading function by working alongside senior lawyers and will be the face of this dynamic business when negotiating and speaking for them.
You must have experience of using ISDA / ISMA / EMTA master documentation (experience of negotiating ISDA Master Agreement Schedules is essential) and negotiating GMRA’s and all documentation in relation to requirements under Dodd Frank and EMIR.
